Refund policy

At Luveil Dawn, we want you to love your fragrance rollers. If for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. 

Eligibility -

Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety standards for fragrance products, we cannot accept opened or partially used rollers.

All returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to return:

1. Contact us at luveildawn@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

2. Ship the item(s) back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit.

Refunds - 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.

We reserve the right to offer store credit or exchange instead of a full refund for eligible returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions -

Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on opened products for health and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items-

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will replace it or issue a full refund (including original shipping) at our discretion.

International Orders -

International customers are responsible for all custom duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. Refunds do not include those fees.
